About My Clients
My clients typically experience anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, burnout, addiction, anger, and/or have a history of trauma. They are intelligent and often are aware of their symptoms, but feel STUCK. They have goals , dreams, ambitions and make some progress while pining in-depth self-improvement & engaging in the same cycles, relationship issues, habit patterns, etc. They know they have unused potential and are searching for healing, sometimes permission, and almost always support.
My Background and Approach
The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been using successfully over my career with my clients who I met just like this. There are countless tools and modalities to meet your therapy goals and together we will find what uniquely works for you at your pace. Some sessions may be for you to vent and learn something. Other sessions may be to gain mindfulness exercises. If you need to meditate one session, I have studied this in depth, and can lead you through a mindful meditation. If you need structure or to work through specific trauma/s we will go with that. You will not feel alone. One goal I have for you is to behold several tools and techniques that you can utilize at different times in various perceivably anxiety-provoking, stress-inducing situations. We'll work collaboratively to address the anxiety, stress, depression and/or other symptoms that are bothering you right now.
