I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds with focuses on depression, anxiety, ADHD, LGBTQ+, behavioral issues, relationship issues and family problems. I use an individualized approach to meet each client where they are at. Often. I use humor and problem solving in a relaxed setting to build trust in therapy and make your therapy experience comfortable and even enjoyable.In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, catching up on numerous Netflix shows, and dancing
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the State of Indiana and is a National Certified Counselor. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I believe in using a blend of therapeutic approaches to help my clients reach their goals.
