My Background and Approach
Above all, I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is foundational to healing and flourishing. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing on a combination of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as psychodynamic and somatic approaches. My work is client-centered, multicultural, and trauma-informed. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. There is no issue too small, or too large, to tackle. I've worked with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, life transitions, attentional deficits, and relational and identity concerns.

Together, we can dive deeper into the elements of your identity, background, and environment that make you who you are and work towards your goals. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
