I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, health issues, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress. I use an individualized approach that helps you identify your strengths, learn new coping skills, improve communication, and create lasting change. I will support you through life transitions and help you feel less stuck, stressed out and focus more on feeling whole again. My focus is to help you get back to having peace and meaningful connection in life.

My practice is inclusive and all are welcome. I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy no matter what you are facing.
