I utilize genuine curiosity, direct feedback, and humor to deepen self-awareness and empower you towards positive change. I specialize in identity development, building healthy relationships, boundary setting, life transitions, and honoring grief. I offer both individual and relationship work. I am queer, anti-racist, gender affirming, and body positive. I work through a social justice and systemic lens. Whatever brings you to therapy, I will work alongside you to identify patterns in which you feel stuck and opportunities for purposeful change. Together, we will both navigate your struggles and celebrate your successes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are constantly growing as people and partners. Whether in intimate, familial, or platonic relationships, we all deserve understanding and respect. Sometimes this looks like greater connection and sometimes this necessitates healthy boundaries. While some relationships can be painful, I believe a safe therapeutic relationship can be a powerful tool for healing and growth.
