My method is relational and integrative, combining Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Mindfulness Modalities with a focus on Attachment, Identity, and Personal Development. This blend allows me to use the most effective modern techniques, tailored to each person or relationship. My practice, enriched by years of working with Women, Couples, and Families, is characterized by its diversity and inclusivity. I value each person's unique narrative, experiences, and journey. Understanding the importance of personal connection in therapy, I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory session.
