About My Clients
You’re a parent who’s trying your best, but some days, it feels like no matter what you do, it’s not enough. Maybe you’re raising a neurodivergent child, or just want to parent differently than you were raised. I help families find practical, evidence-based strategies that reduce stress and strengthen relationships, so you can enjoy your child again (and breathe a little easier).
My Background and Approach
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and Educational Consultant with over a decade of experience supporting families, schools, and neurodiverse learners. My approach combines behavioral science with compassion and humor, as parenting is challenging enough without the added burden of jargon or judgment. I focus on collaboration, executive functioning, and building independence while honoring every child’s unique strengths and needs. I also lead MamaKIT, a resource for parents who want to raise emotionally healthy kids without repeating the patterns they grew up with.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that kids do well when they can, and parents do, too. I take a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed approach that respects each child’s individuality while helping families find calm and connection. I’m passionate about breaking cycles of shame-based discipline and helping parents build skills instead of guilt. I believe in inclusion, kindness, and accountability, without perfectionism. My work is grounded in science and compassion, and I’m committed to creating safe, affirming spaces for all families, including LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse communities.
