About My Clients
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating life transitions such as career changes, relocating, relationship challenges, divorce, or starting college. I support individuals experiencing self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of relational trauma, including those who have experienced parentification or emotionally unavailable caregivers. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can explore your experiences and build healthier, more authentic relationships.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience supporting teens, adults, and couples navigating life transitions such as career changes, relocating, relationship challenges, divorce, or starting college. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of relational trauma, including those who have experienced parentification or emotionally unavailable caregivers. My training in attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy helps me guide clients toward a deeper self-understanding, while my strength-based and multicultural lens ensures that therapy honors your unique context and lived experience. Clients often share that they feel seen and supported in our work together, and that therapy has helped them show up more authentically in their relationships with themselves and others.
