I specialize in identity work, and provide queer- and trans-affirming care. I also work with folks navigating trauma, addiction, binge eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD & more. My goal is always to cultivate a therapeutic relationship where you can show up fully and honestly, and feel deeply supported (because I am on your team!)

We might work well together if you’re looking for someone empathic and laidback, who also challenges you. I invite you to get curious about how your lived experiences impact who you are and how you engage with the world. I also trust your innate wisdom as the expert of your own life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is political and that we are all deeply impacted by the systems in which we exist. I receive weekly consultation regarding anti-racist and anti-oppressive therapeutic practices, and I seek to maintain a practice in which people of all identities do not simply feel tolerated, but feel deeply understood, accepted, and nurtured. I do not believe that AI has any place within the therapeutic space. Confidentiality is a hallmark of effective therapy, and though many AI tools designed for therapeutic use boast HIPAA compliance, there are still some really concerning practices that are taking place, with voice recordings of sessions that are kept and stored long-term, as well as client information that is input into other non-recording AI tools. Your privacy and the complete confidentiality of our conversations are of the utmost importance to me and I am very committed to keeping my practice AI-free.
