About My Clients

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I support individual growth by encouraging self-reflection and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
My Background and Approach
I have experience in a variety of populations and settings. I have experience working In higher education with the college population. Specifically, I have dedicated time to working with single mothers and women’s needs. In addition, I have experience in helping people navigate relationship difficulties, managing anger and stress, developing coping strategies, self esteem, self-identity work, boundary setting and developing healthy interpersonal skills. Developing insight and making connections from past to present is important in my practice. My style reflects my ability to connect with people in a genuine way. I have clinical experience treating anxiety, depression, stress management skills, and trauma. Some of my training has focused on parenting skills. I believe therapy is a process and a journey. Treating individuals with compassion allows genuine therapeutic alliance. Defining your self-identity and achieving goals is an important part of treatment.
