About My Clients
Do you struggle with life being overwhelming and you don't have the tools to manage it? Life can really knock you down. Lacking the motivation, feeling anxious about not doing things or being anxious about doing things? The feelings of wanting to close yourself off from the world. You do not have do do this alone. I am here to support you in your mental health journey.
My Background and Approach
Life moves fast and sometime we can’t keep up. Sometimes we don’t feel like we can talk to others for fear of judgment. Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you withdraw and shut down when you are struggling? Do you have thoughts come at you a mile a minute? Do those same thoughts take off into uncharted territory? It’s not uncommon, and you don’t have to feel that way forever. You might not have the tools to sort out or process these emotions. Maybe you know some skills, and are unsure how to or when to use them. These are just a few reasons why people seek therapy and I provide a supportive, non-judgmental and encouraging approach to helping others become better versions of themselves. I encourage my clients to be active participants in therapy and be open to engaging in the process of change. I believe you get out of therapy what you put into it. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe when you want change and you choose to put your mental health first, makes you more open to change the negative beliefs and behaviors that are hurting you. I believe everyone should be able to come to therapy as you are. I am an open and accepting person. I want to be an ally for you. I have worked with the LGBTQI+ community and I want to support you. In my spare time I love to read, craft and be outside. I love animals and have three dogs that are my babies.
