About My Clients
I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, or the impact of past experiences. I also support adolescents and young adults facing academic stress, identity concerns, and pressure to meet expectations. My clients seek clarity, emotional balance, and a space to feel genuinely understood.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. My work combines practical tools with deeper insight, helping clients understand themselves while learning how to regulate emotions, communicate effectively, and shift long-standing patterns. My therapeutic style is warm, thoughtful, and straightforward. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and grounding—not clinical or impersonal. I offer direct feedback when it’s helpful, while always honoring your pace, your history, and your unique goals. My approach integrates: -ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) -DBT-informed skills for emotion regulation -Somatic awareness to help understand how stress shows up in the body -Attachment-focused and trauma-informed care -Insight-oriented / psychodynamic work -Mindfulness and strengths-based approaches
