About My Clients
Through my own struggles with addiction I have found deep meaning in helping others. I know what it’s like to have a voice in side that tells you "this isn’t working" and yet you’re unable to stop How can something that gives you so much relief from stress create such a mess? Addiction can create so many problems whether it is a substance or an activity. I don’t want you to have to suffer through this. I can support you through a recovery process that will help you take your life back.
My Background and Approach
I have over 30 years of training and experience to help you find your way through your current difficulties. I have a Humanistic and Holistic approach including body, mind, heart and spirit. Difficult childhood experiences are a specialty of mine because it is something so many have suffered through and can lead to anxiety, depression, and addiction. I have helped many people find their own path to a fuller, richer more joyful life.
