About My Clients

My clients often seek a space to slow down, reconnect, and heal from trauma, burnout, depression, or anxiety. They may feel stuck or overwhelmed, unsure how to move forward, and long for relief, clarity, and deeper meaning. Many are curious about or integrating psychedelic experiences. I work with adults from all walks of life who are ready to be met with compassion and engage in meaningful self-exploration to create lasting, authentic change.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed psychologist in NY, CA, and FL with extensive experience treating trauma, mood disorders—including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder—and burnout. My approach blends evidence-based therapies like CBT and ACT with mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic awareness. I also help clients build skills in boundary setting and assertive communication to support healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self. Additionally, I specialize in psychedelic integration and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), offering a safe, supportive space to explore insights and challenges that arise before, during, or after altered states. Whether we’re working with traditional talk therapy or incorporating expanded states of consciousness, my work is rooted in trust, collaboration, and care. Together, we move at your pace, helping you gain clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that each person holds deep inner wisdom—at our core, we all know what’s best for ourselves more than anyone else can. My role is to help you reconnect with that knowing, especially when it’s been clouded by trauma, shame, or fear. I see therapy as a collaborative, personalized process that must honor your individuality, values, and pace. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about reclaiming wholeness, often through the powerful practice of self-compassion. I believe that everyone is capable of change and that we all deserve the chance to begin again. You are not your worst moment. Before private practice, I worked in forensic psychology, where I witnessed firsthand the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of being seen beyond labels or histories. I’m here to hold space for your complexity—with warmth, curiosity, and respect—as you navigate your own path toward healing and growth.
