About My Clients
I work best with teens and college students who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck trying to balance school, family, and expectations. Many of my clients struggle with focus, burnout, or figuring out who they are. Whether it’s ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or life changes, I help them feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that actually make life easier—so they can stop just surviving and start feeling confident in who they are.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in ADHD and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I’ve spent over a decade helping teens and young adults manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My background in schools and residential programs means I understand real-life stress—grades, family, identity, and pressure. In every session, I combine evidence-based tools with genuine support so clients leave with strategies they can actually use.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical. I’m passionate about creating affirming spaces for teens, young adults, and families from all backgrounds, especially those navigating cultural identity, immigration, and LGBTQ+ experiences. As a bilingual therapist, I value inclusivity, authenticity, and advocacy—helping clients feel safe to show up as their full selves. Outside of sessions, I often find joy in community, art, and the outdoors.
