About My Clients
Do you find yourself overthinking, constantly nervous, rapid heart beat and struggling to understand what you are experiencing? I specialize working with those experiencing anxiety, trauma and low self-esteem. My goal as your therapist is to help you feel safe, understood and find the coping skills to best address your needs.
My Background and Approach
I incorporate various healing modalities into my work. Some of these include art therapy, meditation, mindfulness, somatic healing and CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy) through a client-centered lens to help you understand and cope with your presenting issues. I aim to create a safe environment and hold space for you throughout your healing journey. I have worked with culturally and ethnically diverse individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses and currently specialize working with those experiencing anxiety, low self esteem and trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe we all have the answers and the ability to heal within ourselves, sometimes we need support to help us get there. That is why my goal is to work alongside you by providing a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and reflection. The use of various modalities helps to tailor the session to you and your individualized needs.
