My Background and Approach
Together, we'll work on developing positive coping skills that I have used over my career to help people just like you. We’ll face your challenges, redefine your life and work on the strengths needed to achieve the life you want. Our work will allow space for emotional process, holistic considerations, relational dynamics, value-based integration and collaboration with an inner focus. Yet, it will also be practical and solution focused, with an emphasis on identifying direction, decisions and developing the skills you need to move forward. For the past 20 years, my practice has been focused on helping people find healing, renewal and growth integrating best practice modalities with up-to-date skills and techniques.
