About My Clients
My interests include ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, Gender Exploration and Parent Education. In addition to my listed areas of interest, I am also sex and kink aware, Consensual Non Monogamy, a supporter of Health at Every Size (HAES), women transitioning in life and chronic health concerns. I work with children, teens, adults and families. I use art therapy to foster self-esteem, self-awareness and promote insight.
My Background and Approach
I regard my clients with unconditional positive regard and create an environment of relaxed good humor and encouragement that is also neurodiverse affirming. I have a laid back style that allows for the client to set the pace. I strive to create a safe space for clients to be their authentic selves.
