Inner Knowing Clinical Therapy uses Mind/Body techniques such as EMDR and Heart Centered Therapies to efficiently decrease symptoms.

When a person grows up having to "look out" in their environment rather than developmentally focusing on developing their true authentic self; issues arise which affect a person's ability to make healthy relationship choices getting "stuck" instead with pleasing other people instead of caring first and foremost for their own inner authentic selves. The applications I bring to my practice with clients may support you in significantly reducing your self love deficit disorder, (codependency).
Anxiety may be significantly reduced if not eliminated by the application of EMDR; more information found at: EMDRIA.ORG.
PTSD may be significantly reduced if not eliminated by the application of EMDR; more information found at: EMDRIA.ORG.
The Mind/Body/Spirit connection is powerful with possible applications in therapy incorporating music based mindfulness as well. I have teacher training certification in yoga and mantra for additional mindfulness applications with the client. I find when I incorporate both intentional mindfulness practice with EMDR and music, that it may strongly solidify the person's personal growth process in therapy.
I apply technique approaches with clients with the focus question in my mind being: "what is the best way to reduce symptoms for this individual client?" I draw from my intuition as well for best case conceptualization and seek to create a strong, therapeutic bond; research shows the bond is 85% of the success in therapy alone.
See EMDRIA.ORG for a detailed description of this highly evidenced based symptom reduction application for possible use with clients in session. I have Level II Certification and find this technique to be highly effective in reducing symptoms such as: PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Mood Disorders, flashbacks, nightmares, etc. Works with clients who struggle re addiction/abstinence and want to decrease their level of urge while increasing consistent abstinence.
