About My Clients
Are you dealing with daily anxiety, sadness, stress, trauma or difficult life transitions? Want peace in your life, but can't seem to attain it? Day to day we can be confronted with new challenges and stressors. It is common to experience a range of emotional challenges individually or within your relationships during various phases of your life. Sometimes you just need a safe place to release and restore. I am committed to providing you a confidential environment for that restoration.
My Background and Approach
I have 15+ years of experience supporting adults, couples, and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse in their journey towards healing. My services span from a therapist to a life coach that focuses on your holistic wellbeing. I offer an eclectic and culturally sensitive strengths-based approach tailored to each of my clients’ individual needs and use tools from Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relational, narrative, trauma-informed care and art therapy models.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about making people feel cared for, seen and empowered to move forward to a higher place of wholeness. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal, restore and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the daily challenges that hinder your life and ability to move forward. I am also passionate about supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse to live their fullest, healthiest lives as they speak about, heal from, and thrive beyond their pain and trauma. I run a group called THRIVE to provide a safe place for individuals to share and support one another. A new group begins February 4th. Call me if you're interested in joining.
