About My Clients
You’re juggling a lot—career, relationships, family—and somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like yourself. From the outside, things may look fine. But internally, stress feels constant, anxiety is louder, or you’re exhausted by patterns you can’t quite explain. The women I work with are often deeply capable and high-functioning—and ready to understand themselves more deeply, not just keep coping.
My Background and Approach
My approach is depth-oriented, collaborative, and honest. I work with women who are ready to do more than manage symptoms—they want to understand what’s driving their patterns and create meaningful change from the inside out. Together, we slow down and look beneath the surface: what’s contributing to anxiety, what keeps certain dynamics repeating, and what’s been difficult to name but harder to ignore. Therapy with me isn’t only about feeling better in the short term. It’s about seeing yourself more clearly so you can make different choices, move through relationships differently, and trust yourself more fully. If you’ve been the capable one, the responsible one, the one everyone relies on—and you’re beginning to wonder what it would feel like to actually feel like yourself again—therapy may be the place to begin. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My path to this work began long before I became a therapist. Growing up between cultural worlds as the daughter of immigrant parents, I learned early to pay attention—to people’s stories, emotions, and what often goes unspoken. Across years of supporting children and families through difficult transitions, one thing stayed true: people heal when they feel seen. That belief continues to shape my work today—helping women slow down, understand themselves more deeply, and create meaningful change.
