About My Clients

Do you ever feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start—but still know you’re ready for something to change? Therapy can be a space to show up just as you are, especially when navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, or major life transitions. With honest, compassionate support, it’s possible to move at your own pace, find clarity, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel most true.

My Background and Approach

Carmen is a dedicated mental health counseling intern currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University.
