I specialize in working with preteens/teens, adults, and families. This includes various life circumstances including depression, anxiety, self harming behavior, suicidal ideation, family communication issues, trauma, etc.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been for the last 6 years. I am systems trained and appreciate how dynamic families and individuals lives can be. I use a lot of humor and incorporate CBT, Narrative Therapy, and a person centered approach while working with my clients. I believe fit is the most important aspect of therapy and want each client to be comfortable in our shared space.
