About My Clients
You are overwhelmed because your child is struggling. Your child is constantly worrying, has suddenly started acting out, and may be experiencing anxiety or depression. Children are living in complex social environments. When we add academic pressures, poor peer relationships, and family challenges, it can take a toll on children and their families’ well-being. Professional guidance from a therapist can help to develop healthy coping skills and improve overall functioning.
My Background and Approach
We will work together to identify issues, set goals, and increase confidence to manage life’s challenges. I have 10+ years of experience working with children and teens struggling with anxiety, ADHD, and other behavior issues. I have experience using CBT, ABA, play therapy, and attachment-based therapy. I also specialize in adults and families experiencing depression, family conflict, and life transitions, including parenthood. I tailor each session to meet your individual needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I meet with clients in person in our Hoboken office and provide telehealth sessions to NJ & FL residents. It can be challenging to ask for help. I will guide you through this journey and provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to achieve your goals at your own pace.
