About My Clients
Through Little Bird Healing Collective, I work primarily with Black women, queer adults, and healers who are ready to release perfectionism, recover rest, and feel at home in themselves again. Sessions often weave together talk therapy, body-based grounding, and expressive arts practices that honor both mind and spirit.

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and yoga teacher offering trauma-informed therapy that integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative expression. My approach helps clients reconnect with their bodies, restore safety, and cultivate balance after prolonged stress or trauma. My style is warm, collaborative, and affirming. Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating identity, or processing racial or relational trauma, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you. Healing doesn’t have to be rushed. It begins with presence, compassion, and choice.
