I am in my 4th year of social work practice, but I have worked alongside social service workers since I began volunteering at 11. I worked in numerous fields of mental health that provided me with diverse experiences I utilize to be of the best service to all people.

My specialties are ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Advocacy, Agency, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Crisis counseling, Cultural Competence, Diversity, Domestic Violence, Empowerment, Equity and Inclusion, LGBTQIA+, Substance Use, Trauma, and Psychotherapy that includes interventions like mindfulness, meditation, and holistic treatment.
