Are you feeling overwhelmed and at times sense of guilt? At times life can be challenging - full of joys, sorrows and everything in between. Sometimes, the challenges seem too daunting or affect more than one area of life - relationships, career, physical and emotional health. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a holistic approach to therapy I assist individuals and couples to do just that. Anxiety, depression, chronic physical/emotional conditions, stress management, work/life balance.
My Background and Approach
I received my MS, with a concentration in Mental Health from Springfield College, Ma. I believe individuals enter therapy for a variety of reasons. Some are looking for relief from symptoms that interfere with their lives. Others are seeking to understand themselves on a deeper level, questioning why they continue to engage in self destructive behaviors. Some are seeking out and questioning what is the purpose of their life and struggle.
