About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who are working through anxiety, depression, past hurts, and losses. My integral approach emphasizes building positive connections, living up to one’s full potential, taking responsibility, coping with life’s stressors, exploring personal/family relationships, and overcoming anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Clients learn to problem solve, to experience their feelings, to listen to their bodies, and to trust themselves.

I provide deep, powerful coaching and psychotherapy services. I help individuals reach goals and overcome challenges in their lives. My practice reflects the values of inclusiveness and respect toward all people. I am trained and experienced in providing therapy for an extensive range of problems and concerns, including: Mindfulness-based Resiliency Training Stress Management / Coping Skills Relationship Conflict Anxiety Depression Insomnia Anger Management Grief / Loss Complex Trauma PTSD Trauma Disorders In addition to the above services, I have particular interest and experience in working with Trauma, PTSD, attachment/relationship issues, and couples work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My philosophy is simple. I approach work with dedication, integrity and a sense of humor. The latter comes in handy. I’ve been lucky enough to have traveled a bit and have learned that regardless the land or language, people are waiting to tell their story, be heard and accepted. My clients are resilient, survivors, intelligent and capable-- even if they don't always feel it, or have forgotten.
