About My Clients
People who like to work with me are ready for change and are seeking a more fulfilling life. You may not know what exactly needs to shift, but your circumstances are a call to deeper exploration...to deconstruct the ways of being that haven't been working for you and begin living life on your own terms. I tend to work with deep thinkers, spiritual types, black sheep, trauma survivors, and highly-sensitive people.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is heart-centered, open-minded and unconditional acceptance. I integrate talk therapy, EMDR, mind-body techniques, eastern practices and often humor. My main specializations are childhood trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, maternal mental healrh and relational issues. I enjoy working with adults, young women and college students.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life can be both beautiful and painfully hard. Sometimes, life's challenges can leave us feeling empty, vulnerable and depleted. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and find peace within ourselves to create the life we desire. Reaching out and asking for support is a courageous act of self-love. You don't have to walk it alone. I am here to offer you a safe space to experience relief & healing.
