About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who feels weighed down by trauma, anxiety, or life stressors and is ready to take steps toward healing. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, but they carry a desire for change and growth. I work best with clients who want to build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and find balance in their lives. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to process challenges and move toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and find balance in their lives. My background includes years of experience supporting clients through depression, grief, stress, and the long-term impact of unresolved trauma. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow. My approach is collaborative and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. I work alongside each client to identify unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and develop practical coping tools that can be used in daily life. I see therapy as both a place for healing and for building the confidence to move forward with purpose. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you uncover the strength and clarity needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where people can explore their struggles without fear of judgment. I see every client as the expert of their own life, and my role is to walk alongside them as they uncover strength, resilience, and clarity. I believe healing is possible, even after trauma and hardship, and that small steps forward can create lasting change. I value authenticity, compassion, and honesty in the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to empower my clients to recognize their worth and potential. My personal belief is that growth happens when we are given both encouragement and accountability, and I work to provide a balance of both. Above all, I believe people deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward healing and fulfillment.
