About My Clients

Starting (or adding to!) a family is a seismic shift. The journey from preconception to parenthood is not linear and can be an emotional roller coaster. If you're struggling with infertility, exploring options around building a family, pregnant, or adjusting to parenthood, I'm glad you're seeking support. I specialize in supporting aspiring parents, expecting parents, and new parents, including those who have experienced birth trauma and pregnancy loss. I also do a lot of work with couples.

My Background and Approach

My style is warm, genuine, person-centered and flexible. I practice from an integrative approach as I draw from a range of modalities to best support each client. Together, we can work to increase coping skills, reduce anxiety and stress, and enhance overall well-being. For those who have recently become parents, you may be surprised to find you're experiencing anxiety, depression, or resentment at your partner or baby (or sometimes, all three). If you've birthed a baby after a loss, you might be feeling guilt and grief. Maybe parenthood is just not what you expected. These feelings are valid and common, but often overlooked. Therapy can validate your feelings, help you process emotions, provide you with tools to better manage symptoms, and increase your support systems. I'm also a mom who had a difficult route to parenthood. I've been there and know how emotionally draining it - all of it! - can be. Lastly, I appreciate the courage it takes to reach out to someone new. Thank you!
