My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is about making space for the real you. I will help guide you through uncovering your inner strength, set boundaries, and help you gain control of your life, without a tight grip. Over time, the noise of self-doubt, shame and anxiety quiets, letting you move through life with more purpose and with balance. I utilize a blend of mindfulness-based approaches, CBT and IFS therapy.
