My approach is warm, insight-driven, and practical. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, release unrealistic expectations, and strengthen your connection to yourself and the people you love—so you can feel calmer, more present, and more like yourself again.I’m Carly, a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. As a working mom of two, I understand firsthand how exhausting it can be to juggle parenting, work, and personal needs—while trying to stay grounded and connected to yourself. That lived experience shapes how I show up as a therapist: with compassion and deep respect for how hard this season can be.
