About My Clients
I truly enjoy providing and sharing safe and comfortable spaces with individuals, couples, families and groups. I welcome any and all individuals age 14 and older no matter what challenges they face.
My Background and Approach
My counseling focus has mainly been in grief and the bereavement process; as well as helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem and relationship struggles. I enjoy developing goals and exposing people to new and effective coping skills in order to improve whatever challenges they may be facing.
