My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides online therapy to individuals and couples in NJ. My expertise is in supporting those struggling with relationships, anxiety, depression, communication and self-esteem. I utilize an integrative approach combining interpersonal, cognitive, behavioral, couples and family systems models to address clients' issues.

My philosophy is this: We can't change anyone else. But we CAN change ourselves, and that will change everything around us. I will teach you how!
