You've stopped at the right place. I can help. I work with clients who have everyday issues but believe that they're all alone. I use my academic, professional, and personal experiences to help you come up with a mission-focused tactical solution to what you are dealing with. I work with you and for you not against you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up in the inner city of an immigrant -Catholic home. I saw trauma growing up and experienced trauma in my full-time career as a first responder. I have over 16 years of working with victims of crime, trauma, and seeing people at their worst. I use these experiences in helping my clients become their best. The full-time job has played a toll on me physically, emotionally as well as playing havoc with my marriage. But we have overcome it! I believe that therapy should be challenging and rewarding. Therapy and talking about our feelings shouldn't be scary. I am the best listener you will ever have and I will also challenge and push you in order to break out of the funk.
