I have been helping people transition through some of the most difficult stages of their lives for over a decade. I specialize in life transitions, adjustment stress, and mood disorders. I have also worked with ex-convicts, drug users, veterans, retirees, immigrants, college grads, and LGBTQ+ as well as terminally/chronically ill populations.
