I specialize in working with individuals who feel "burned out" and overwhelmed. In my practice, I’ve assisted individuals experiencing difficulty in managing anxiety, numbness, fear, anger, shame, and depression. I’ve helped my clients address various topics ranging from career stress, financial strains, low motivation, loneliness, divorce, a sense of failure, the loss of faith, Eating Disorders, and including PTSD.

My practice focuses on concepts associated with Post-Modern Therapy, Social Constructionism, Somatic Experiences, & EMDR. I strive to honor my client’s expertise, examine the value of strongly held beliefs, and create a highly collaborative therapeutic relationship. My services highlight the dynamics that shape a person’s actions, values, & identity. Mental health treatment is not "one size fits all". You deserve a treatment plan that addresses your experiences & current circumstances. Progress can be difficult & the journey can feel daunting, but I assure you that you will not be walking this path alone.
