Zen Wellness specializes in the geriatric population (adults 60+ years old). Treatment consists of a thorough biopsychosocial assessment, collaborative treatment plan and effective therapeutic approaches provided either virtually (NJ) or in the comfort of your home (Essex County, NJ).
