My Background and Approach
I believe good therapy starts with a strong connection. You deserve to feel seen, supported, and accepted—for who you are now and who you're becoming. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy as you work through challenges, grow, and heal at your own pace. In our work together, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what's going on in your life, reconnect with your strengths, and build new tools to navigate stress, emotions, and relationships. Healing doesn't happen alone. We're wired for connection, and therapy can be a powerful space for change—whether you're managing anxiety, moving through depression, or simply trying to feel more at home in yourself. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

It's to walk alongside you, offer a steady presence, and help you access the resilience and wisdom you already carry. I also believe that connection is at the heart of healing. We are wired for it. A strong therapeutic relationship isn't just a nice-to-have—it's the foundation that makes real change possible. Sensitivity is not a weakness.
