About My Clients

Out of pocket sliding scale available based on need.* I believe a healthy therapeutic relationship is one of unconditional positive regard, where we are accepted for who we are, and who we wish to become. My role is to walk alongside my clients in a supportive role as you process and heal. The therapy room is a safe place that holds space for exploration, growth, and an opportunity for personal evolution.
My Background and Approach
The ultimate goal of this therapeutic relationship is to support my clients in identifying emotional supports already within them and helping them to create new ones while learning tools for navigating life’s challenges. Together we will identify and resolve distress and explore the areas you want to cultivate in order to live the life you desire. Human beings are not designed to heal in isolation, and I feel honored that my life's work allows me to participate in your journey.
