About My Clients
You may find yourself overthinking relationships, giving more than you receive, struggling to set boundaries, or questioning whether your needs are “too much.” Maybe you keep ending up in similar relationship dynamics and aren’t sure why. I work with adults who want to better understand their patterns, strengthen self-trust, communicate their needs, and build healthier relationships with partners, family, friends, and themselves.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults better understand the patterns shaping their relationships and emotional well-being. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. Therapy with me isn’t about being told what to do—it’s about slowing things down, getting curious about what keeps showing up, and understanding where those patterns come from. I draw from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, attachment-informed, and strengths-based approaches based on your individual needs. Together, we may explore boundaries, communication, self-worth, attachment patterns, relationship anxiety, people-pleasing, life transitions, and the experiences that have shaped how you connect with others. You don’t need to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or how to articulate what you’re feeling. We can figure that out together. My goal is to help you gain insight while also developing practical ways to create relationships that feel healthier and more aligned with who you are
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make the most meaningful changes when they feel understood rather than judged. I value authenticity, compassion, humor, and creating space for people to show up as they are—even when they’re still figuring out exactly what they feel or need. I also believe our relationships can teach us a lot about ourselves. The patterns we develop often make sense in the context of what we’ve experienced, but that doesn’t mean we have to stay stuck in them. As a therapist, I value creating a space where clients from different backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and experiences feel respected and supported. Outside of my professional role, I’m someone who appreciates family, meaningful conversations, laughter, and the everyday experiences that make life feel full.
