Anxiety can be so exhausting. Through education and self reflection, we move you through powerless over your anxiety to taking back your life. Using various methods to get you there we may reflect on situational aspects or go deeper to finding the purpose of your anxiety. I take a light hearted approach of connecting you with your anxiety as a way to create change.
Depression can be increasingly more difficult to navigate when we don't understand or want it around. I work with individuals who want to learn about what function/purpose the depression has in their lives and how to move through it to the place where you can feel alive again.
As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor, I support soon to be and new moms and dads in navigating the ups and downs. Anxiety and depression can be an unwanted evil during these times coupled by our expectations and hopes make for a very overwhelming experience.
