About My Clients
I love working with clients who want to understand what is going on with them, who have a desire to feel better, and are willing to take the time to get there. I make no promises of instant fixes and I don't push methods that you feel don't work, however I invite all my clients to have an open mind and be willing to learn about what may be creating their struggles.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in alot of things, which for me means I get to bring alot of things into our session. I love using ACT to help people get some immediate results but also believe in psychoeducation and more in depth work. I often recommend holistic approaches that could supplement the work we are doing because ultimately mind and body integration is key in my mind. Being trained in things like EMDR, ACT, DBT, and other trauma informed approaches has always given me great outcomes with my clients.
