About My Clients
I work with college students and adults seeking warmth, authenticity, clarity and change. Many folks come for collaborative, strengths-based assessmentsand evaluation (ADHD, autism, learning differences, gender-affirming care) or OCD treatment through intensive ERP, designed to create meaningful progress in a supportive, affirming space.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida, where I trained across diverse settings including a crisis center, university counseling center where I specialized in complex psychological assessment and LGBTQ+ group therapy, and a renowned treatment clinic for OCD and anxiety-related disorders. I completed my doctoral internship at Penn State University, where I deepend my focus on both psychological assessment and working with gender-diverse students. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming, integrating evidence-based treatments like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. I pay close attention to identity, neurodiversity, and lived experience, and I view both therapy and assessment as opportunities for deeper understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful, lasting change.
