About My Clients
I work best with teens, adults, and parents who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck, often navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity shifts, family tension, or major life transitions like leaving home or going through divorce. My clients are deep feelers and overthinkers, often carrying pressure to hold everything together. In our work, they find a space to breathe, be real, and start feeling more like themselves again.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and parents through anxiety, ADHD, identity exploration, and family stress. My background includes school social work and private practice, which gives me a unique understanding of both day-to-day challenges and deeper emotional patterns. I specialize in helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or disconnected, whether they’re navigating major life transitions, healing from complex family dynamics, or simply trying to stay afloat. My training in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, enables me to offer practical tools and compassionate insight, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a Christian and a social worker, and I believe those identities can exist in a way that’s deeply compassionate, inclusive, and rooted in justice. I welcome and affirm clients of all backgrounds, identities, and beliefs, including LGBTQ+ individuals, people questioning their faith, and those who’ve been hurt by religion or family systems. I value authenticity, kindness, and creating space where people feel safe being fully themselves. I’m passionate about neurodiversity, mental health accessibility, and supporting those who often feel “too much” or “not enough.” Outside of therapy, I’m a mom, an advocate for equity in schools, and someone who’s always learning. You don’t have to fit a mold to feel at home here; you have to show up as you are.
