My Background and Approach
My professional experience includes working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds facing challenging transitions in their lives. I have supported clients confronting these transitions while witnessing them gain greater self-awareness. I have also witnessed these clients becoming stronger and more confident through the healing process. I also addressed with clients associated conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss of self-esteem, burnout, and just feeling stuck. I offer empathetic and personable individualized therapeutic services utilizing different theoretical orientations. You will have the opportunity to freely express yourself in a safe and non-judgmental space.
