About My Clients
Do you feel like you're always running on empty, juggling everyone’s needs while silently drowning in anxiety and self-doubt? Maybe you're snapping more than you'd like, struggling to enjoy the life you worked so hard to build. I see you. As a licensed therapist, I help overwhelmed working and stay-at-home moms find balance, calm their inner critic, and reconnect with who they are. Therapy with me is compassionate, structured, and focused on helping you feel like you again.
My Background and Approach
The moms I work with are used to doing it all but they’re tired, anxious, and wondering why it still doesn’t feel like enough. I get it, and I’m here to help. As a licensed therapist with years of experience supporting overwhelmed women, I offer tools that are practical, evidence-based, and created with your real life in mind. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you calm your nervous system, challenge the self-critical thoughts, and feel more grounded. My goal is to equip you with at least five go-to strategies you can use anytime whether you’re managing a meltdown at home or holding it together at work. I bring a compassionate, structured, and culturally grounded approach to our sessions. We'll start with what's hardest right now and build from there. With the right support, you can stop surviving and start feeling more like you again. I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of women finding their voice and learning to trust themselves again. As a therapist and a mom, I understand how easy it is to lose yourself in the constant demands of life, and how hard it can be to ask for help. My work is rooted in compassion, non-judgment, and connection. I’m passionate about supporting women especially working and stay-at-home moms as they navigate anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to be everything to everyone. I believe mental health care should be accessible and culturally grounded. I stand for equity, inclusion, and showing up for what matters, whether that’s advocating for Black lives, supporting women’s rights, or creating safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about reconnecting you with the strong, capable version of yourself that’s already there.
