How I Can Help You
I have worked with psychotic disorders and those considered at risk of emotional crisis or suicidality. My research focused on various special populations, including intimate partner violence and military veterans. I have a background in Motivational Interviewing and problem-solving. I enjoy working with clients who come from diverse cultural backgrounds. My gift is that I am always present and transparent.

As a fourth-generation Veteran, I know what dedication entails. With an undergraduate degree in kinesiology, I integrate the mind-body connection. We can work together to align you with your needs and attune you to the world around you. Together, we can build the life you deserve.
