About My Clients

I work with adults navigating trauma, mood disorders, and moments of crisis that feel overwhelming or destabilizing. Many of the people I see are struggling with shame, self-criticism, or feeling like they “should” be handling things better than they are. I don’t see people as broken, I see them as people who are overwhelmed, lost, burned out, or carrying pain that hasn’t been fully processed.

My Background and Approach

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in approaches like CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and compassion-focused therapy. I tailor therapy to each individual because no two stories are the same. I’m committed to ongoing learning and research so I can bring the most effective tools into the room. I’m warm, direct, and engaged. I like to create a collaborative space where we laugh, connect patterns, gain insight, and connect as humans. I value deep, introspective work because real change happens when we understand ourselves. You don’t have to figure this out alone. Together, we find what works for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is not separate from the world we live in. I am a strong ally and practice from a socially and politically informed perspective rooted in equality, inclusion, and human rights. I am passionate about community and committed to creating a space where all identities are respected and affirmed.
