About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I work from a humanistic and compassionate trauma-informed approach to help you untangle the patterns fueling your stress, lower self-criticism, help calm your nervous system, and build sustainable, value-aligned strategies so you can show up fully in your work, relationships, and daily life. For this reason, I integrate evidence-based, gold-standard therapies for trauma, anxiety, and OCD, including EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure, and Exposure and Response Prevention.

I believe healing isn’t just about changing thoughts or managing symptoms—it’s about supporting the whole person. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we honor the nervous system, lived experience, emotional capacity, values, and sense of meaning.
