About My Clients

I work with high-achieving women who are struggling with things like stress, depression, anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum. I have advanced training and certification in perinatal mental health and especially enjoy working with women who are navigating their pregnancy journeys.

My approach will help you become aware of your thoughts and how they are impacting you, open to your emotions without judgment, and engaged in your life in a way that reflects your values.
